David M. Wallace, D.O

David M. Wallace was born and raised in Sterling Heights, Michigan.  Dr. Wallace practices nonsurgical orthopedics, sports medicine, and osteopathic manual medicine.  He treats a wide variety of injuries and conditions, ranging from tennis elbow to chronic arthritis.

He attended Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan for his Undergraduate Degree and Lake Erie of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania for his Medical Degree.  He completed his training in Cleveland, OH.  He is currently a member of the American Osteopathic Association of Sports Medicine, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Association.

He is very happy to relocate to Houston, leaving the cold weather behind.  His wife, who is a Pediatrician, works at Texas Children's Hospital.  Dr. Wallace aims to be involved with the community by becoming a team physician for some of the local high schools and/or colleges.  In his spare time, Dr. Wallace enjoys biking, tennis, golf, and spending time with his family.
