Scott W. Breeze, M.D.

Dr. Breeze founded Richmond Bone and Joint Clinic in 1996, in order to bring medical center quality orthopedic care to Fort Bend County. He evaluates and treats a wide variety of conditions including adult and pediatric fracture care as well as sports medicine and Knee replacement surgery. Dr. Breeze believes in working closely with his patients to ensure they have a rapid recovery.

Dr. Breeze enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sportsman. Outside of the office Dr. Breeze is a commercial pilot and flight instructor for single and multi-engine planes as well as helicopters. He volunteers his time at Angel Flight, a non-profit charitable organization of volunteer pilots who provide free air transportation for patients in need. He has also used his skill as a pilot to help flood victims during Hurricane Harvey.

Patients may also know Dr. Breeze, as the “Dovenator”. He received that nickname in 2010, when he broke the world record for dove hunting in Argentina. (Doves are an agricultural pest in Argentina.) Along the same lines, Dr. Breeze volunteers helicopter services to land owners and hunters to help control the feral hog population in Texas.

Dr. Breeze lives on a small ranch east of Richmond with his wife Juliet and 4 children. He raises Whitetail deer as well as numerous exotic animals.

Fred L. Speck, III, M.D.

Dr.Speck was born in John Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas. His family then moved to Kerrville, TX where he was raised on a small farm. While a student at Texas A&M University he coached both the collegic and local 4-H agriculture

Jeffrey Liang, M.D.

Dr. Liang is a well-known primary care sports medicine doctor in the Richmond community. He treats all ages, adults and children. His patient focus is to treat his patients so that they can quickly and safely return to their normal activity level.

Enrique Garcia-Pena, MD

Dr. Enrique García Peña was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He received a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Chicago and a Master’s degree in Medical Sciences and Research from Boston University..

Javier R. Canon, M.D.

Dr. Canon brings more than 20 years of experience in interventional pain management. His unique background in Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Pain Medicine gives him an in-depth knowledge

COVID-19 Drive Thru Testing


Steps in-order to be tested for COVID-19


Initial criteria for the Covid-19 Testing will require a Telehealth visit. To schedule a Telehealth visit call 281-238-7870


The patient will be screened during the Telehealth visit for criteria that suggests a possible positive Covid-19



Criteria for Covid-19 Testing:



Patients must have symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) AND have one of the following risk factors:



Older than 65 years old



People who have serious underlying health conditions (heart disease, diabetes, lung disease/asthma, HIV, immunocompromised)



Healthcare workers with suspected exposure



The patient must have proper photo identification in order to proceed with testing.



The patient specimen will be collected while the patient remains in the vehicle. Patient must arrive by car or truck. No patients on bikes will be tested.
